my mother tries your most of the recepies . i and my mother always sees
your reciepe everyday at night at least 3 and she often tries your all the
reciepies that we see and i like that very much. i like your dosa reciepe

Dr Preeti, Baking soda is used to increase fermenting process of the dosa
batter. We may use soaked methi dana for the same purpose. Tadi or Kali is
got from the Nariyal Tree or Palm tree. It is also mixed in dosa batter to
ferment it as they have palm tree or nariyal trees grown in there homes.
